The fact that Portillo was captured is significant to the population of many countries since money has been stolen and laundered by the million. It is incredible how much money he has stolen and it is unbelievable that the money he gained from being president is not enough. We hope that his sentence is fulfilled in the entirety so that he gets what he deserves.
